We’re based out of San Diego, CA, but works with clients throughout California, Oregon, Washington and the east coast. We’re a small but growing team, and actively expanding.

  • Filmmaker and Photographer

    Sinjun Balabanoff is a filmmaker, cinematographer, photographer, and video editor with a strong foundation in documentary storytelling and a refined ability to harness natural light. With a background rooted in film studies, Sinjun developed his visual style through a deep understanding of cinematic language, translating that into a versatile, real-world approach to shooting and editing across genres.

    He has held roles that reflect both creative range and technical expertise, including two years in the marketing department at Scripps Research and a year as a videographer for the San Diego Zoo. These experiences honed his skills in crafting compelling narratives that bridge science, nature, and human connection—always with an emphasis on authenticity and visual impact.

    Sinjun’s client work spans an impressive roster, including projects for Forbes, Nike, and San Diego Comic-Con. Whether working on branded content, short-form documentary, or commercial campaigns, he brings a consistent focus on honest storytelling, elegant composition, and natural light cinematography that gives his work a timeless, grounded aesthetic.
